Law Director Gareau:
You are a miracle. [laughing]
Finance Director Copfer:
Oh, is that what's wrong with you... didn't make that curve? [laughing]
Council President Brossard:
I'm old enough to say that.
Council President Brossard:
Thank you. Director of Finance Copfer, do you have a report this evening?
Finance
Finance Director Copfer:
I do. Thank you, Mr. President.
• 1 want to congratulate Keegan Radeff and wish him the very best as he steps into the
role of Director of Finance come January. I'm still going to be here for a couple months,
people. I want to assure Council and, of course, the Administration that I am committed
to ensuring a smooth and responsible transition so that the residents of North Olmsted
continue to be served, and that concludes my report.
Council President Brossard:
Thank you, Director. Councilman Limpert, Chairman of the Building, Zoning and Development
Committee, do you have a report this evening?
Building, Zoning and Development Committee
Councilman Limpert:
No report this evening, Mr. President, but if I may have a moment of personal privilege. First, I
want to just further endorse the leaf pickup tracking. It's greatly improved over the years to
where you can see which streets and what passes, so I'd encourage you to do that to determine
when your leaves go out. But related to the election, obviously I welcome all those who have
been re-elected, those who have been elected to new positions. I look forward to working with
those or wish them the best of luck on those that leave, and I will save my comments with Ms.
Copfer for a later date because she's still working hard here and we enjoy it very much. So
thank you.
Council President Brossard:
Thank you, Councilwoman Hemann, Chairwoman of the Recreation, Public Parks and Buildings
Committee, do you have a report this evening?
11-05-25 Council Meeting Minutes - Page 4
