Building, Zoning and Development Committee <br />Councilman Limpert: <br />I do not have a report, Mr. President, but I'll need to be making a motion here shortly, but if I <br />could just have a quick moment of personal privilege? <br />Council President Brossard: <br />Of course. <br />Councilman Limpert: <br />I also wanted to just offer condolences to a long-time North Olmsted classmate of mine, Adam <br />Dunlap, and his family for the loss of their son, and even in time of grief, they were able to do <br />something generous to help the community, and I think there's some news articles about that, <br />but I just wanted to offer my condolences to him and his family, who lost their son Bryce. And <br />then with that, I also want to make a motion to extend for Ordinance 2025-100, the deadline to <br />receive the Planning and Design Commission report on the rezoning legislation. If not extended, <br />it's an automatic favorable recommendation.
