A Resolution authorizing the Director of <br /> Recreation and Public Engagement to advertise for bids for the award of a contract to provide <br /> construction services for the Springvale Dredging project, as detailed in specifications on file, and <br /> authorizing the Mayor, following approval by the Board of Control, to enter into a contract for same <br /> with the lowest and best bidder. <br /> Resolution 2025-124, introduced by Mayor Jones. A Resolution declaring the necessity of the <br /> construction and repair of certain sidewalks in the City of North Olmsted by the abutting property <br /> owners; the construction, repair, and assessment of the costs of sidewalks in certain cases by the City. <br /> Resolution 2025-125, introduced by Mayor Jones.
