Everything you've loaned me, when mine come to town and <br /> everything you've shared. Thank you. I look forward... now we can go to dinner. No more <br /> Tuesdays. Thank you. I'm going to grandstand a little bit here, but the City Charter <br /> makes our Finance Director an elected position, and not many communities have that, but I <br /> think it's a significant benefit that we have here, and I think it really enables the Finance <br /> Director to not only really, ultimately, be accountable for the residents of the City, and not <br /> necessarily Administration or a Council, and it also makes them more apt to collaborate and be <br /> transparent with both the Administration and Council, and I think Ms. Copfer has epitomized <br /> that throughout her time here, not only for the 12 years I've been here, but long beyond that <br /> from people that I've talked to who have previously been serving here in the City.
