I was probably in college, I think, when I met you and heard enough stories over the years, but the last 12 years, you've been invaluable to me as a Councilperson, and to me as a friend, and I'll miss you very much, and best of luck in your future endeavors. Mr. Madden: Yes, with comment. Director Copfer, we've also known each other for many years, all the way back to Danny's days in Hot Stove, and I want to thank you for all of your years of service. You exemplify what a public servant is about, so thank you for that, and I'll see you around town. Mr. Marrie: Yes, with comment. Once again, I just want to say thank you so much for everything you've done for the City, and I wish you the best of luck in the future. Thank you. Mr. Scarl: Yes, with comment. Director Copfer, I've been working with you for four years since I've been on Council, but I'd like to talk about the last year, especially when I became Finance Chair. It was a real eye-opener for me to learn about the finances of our great City, and I cannot be more thankful for what you've showed me and brought me up to speed with everything, and I really appreciate it, and you're definitely going to be missed. So, I've known your name so long, and when I first started here, my husband said, if you need anything, go to Carrie, because you can trust her, and I appreciate the friendship, and I'll be explaining and helping along the way. Council President Brossard: I am proud to say that Resolution 2025-126 is adopted by a vote of 7-0, and I want to thank Carrie's family for waiting patiently for this Resolution to be read and voted on, and now you know why she always arrives home close to 10 o'clock on such days, right.
