At this time, I move to approve the appointment of Gretchen Schuler to the Building, Zoning <br />Board of Appeals Commission for the unexpired term of January 1, 2026 through December 31, <br />2030, and ask for a second. <br />Councilwoman Gilchrist: <br />Second. <br />Council President Brossard: <br />Motion to approve the appointment of Gretchen Schuler to the Building, Zoning Board of <br />Appeals Commission for the term of January 1, 2026 through December 31, 2030, made by <br />Councilman Marrie, seconded by Councilwoman Gilchrist. Roll call, please. <br />Council Clerk: <br />Mr. Marrie: Yes <br />Ms. Gilchrist: Yes <br />Ms. Carr: Yes <br />Mr. Madden: Yes <br />Mr. Shymske: Yes <br />Mr. Limpert: Yes <br />Mr. Scarl: Yes <br />Council President Brossard: <br />The appointment of Gretchen Schuler to the Building, Zoning Board of Appeals Commission is <br />approved by a vote of 7-0. <br />Councilman Marrie: <br />• Thank you. Second on our agenda was the reappointments of Anthony D'Alessandro and <br />Jennifer Kalin to the Planning and Design Commission, and the reappointments of Mark <br />Mallett and Lori Kershner to the Arts Commission. All four of these Commission <br />Members have served in good standing, and have been valuable assets for the <br />community and are eligible for reappointment. After a brief discussion, the Committee <br />voted 3-0, to recommend all four of the reappointments. <br />At this time, I move to approve the reappointments of Jennifer Kalin to the Planning and Design <br />Commission for the new term of January 1, 2026 through December 31, 2030, Anthony <br />D'Alessandro to the Planning and Design Commission for the new term of January 1, 2026 <br />through December 31, 2030, Lori Kershner to the Arts Commission to fill the new term of <br />January 1, 2026 through December 31, 2029, and Mark Mallett to the Arts Commission to fill <br />the new term of January 1, 2026 through December 31, 2029, and ask for a second. <br />Councilwoman Gilchrist: <br />Second. <br />Council President Brossard: <br />Motion to approve the reappointment of Anthony D'Alessandro and Jen Kalin to the Planning <br />and Design Commission for the term of January 1, 2026, through December 31, 2030, and the <br />01-20-26 Coundi Meeting Minutes - Page 7 <br />
