I just want to say this, after 12 years, this is the first time with <br />a new Finance Director, and it was a very tight timeline to turn around, coming into office in <br />January, and I just want to say that I was very impressed by his ability to transition and also, you <br />know, collaborate and communicate during the meeting to try to get us to understand, you <br />know, where we're in a good spot with the budget, and where there's still some work to be <br />done.
