Resolution 2026-34, introduced by Mayor Jones. A Resolution authorizing the Director of <br />Recreation and Public Engagement to make application on behalf of the City of North Olmsted <br />for Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds for the North Olmsted Senior Center and <br />Community Cabin ADA Entrance Improvement Project, and declaring an emergency. <br />Councilman Scarl: <br />Mr. President. <br />Council President Brossard: <br />Councilman Scarl. <br />Councilman Scarl: <br />At this time, I move to suspend the rules requiring three readings for Resolution 2026-34, as this <br />was heard in committee and discussed in caucus, and it is important to move forward with this <br />grant for $63,000 to meet deadlines, and also there will be no match required for the $63,000 <br />grant, and I ask for a second. <br />Councilman Shymske: <br />Second. <br />Council President Brossard: <br />Motion to suspend the rules requiring three readings for Resolution 2026-34 made by <br />Councilman Scarl, seconded by Councilman Shymske.
