Councilman Madden: <br />I'd like to make a motion to adopt Ordinance 2026-47, and ask for a second. <br />Councilwoman Carr: <br />Second. <br />Council President Brossard: <br />Motion to adopt Ordinance 2026-47 made by Councilman Madden, seconded by Councilwoman <br />Carr. Roll call, please. <br />Council Clerk: <br />Mr. Madden: Yes <br />Ms. Carr: Yes <br />Mr. Limpert: Yes <br />Mr. Shymske: Yes <br />Mr. Marrie: Yes <br />Mr. Scarl: Yes <br />Council President Brossard: <br />Ordinance 2026-47 is adopted by a vote of 6-0. <br />Council Clerk: <br />Ordinance 2026-48, introduced by Mayor Jones. An Ordinance authorizing the Director of <br />Human Resources to solicit proposals for excess insurance coverage for the City health care & <br />hospitalization plans for 2027, and further authorizing the Mayor, subject to approval of the <br />Board of Control, to enter into a contract for said insurance coverage. <br />Councilman Scarl: <br />Mr. President. <br />Council President Brossard: <br />Councilman Scarl: <br />Councilman Scarl: <br />At this time, I move to adopt Ordinance 2026-48, and ask for second. <br />Councilman Limpert: <br />Second. <br />Council President Brossard: <br />Motion to adopt Ordinance 2026-48 made by Councilman Scarl, seconded by Councilman <br />Limpert.
