Council Clerk: Legislation on second reading. Resolution 2026-49, introduced by Mayor Jones. A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to make an application on behalf of the City of North Olmsted to participate in the Ohio Public Works Commission State Capital Improvement and/or Local Transportation Improvement Programs, further authorizing the Mayor to accept funds, if awarded, and to execute a contract as required; and declaring an emergency. Resolution 2026-50, introduced by Mayor Jones. A Resolution authorizing the City Engineer to advertise for bids for the award of a contract for the 1-480 Great Northern Boulevard Bridge Landscaping Project, as detailed in the specifications on file, and authorizing the Mayor, following approval of the Board of Control, to contract for the same with the lowest and best bidder. Resolution 2026-51, introduced by Mayor Jones. A Resolution authorizing the City Engineer to advertise for bids for the award of a contract for the Brookpark Road Extension Road Pavement Marking, as detailed in the specifications on file, and authorizing the Mayor, following approval of the Board of Control, to contract for the same with the lowest and best bidder. An Ordinance to levy sidewalk assessments upon listed real property for the total costs incurred by the City of North Olmsted to repair, replace or construct sidewalks adjacent thereto, as such improvements were deemed necessary and installed pursuant to the 2025 sidewalk program in the City of North Olmsted, and declaring an emergency.
