Council Clerk: <br />Resolution 2026-61, a Resolution adopting the alternative tax budget of the city of North <br />Olmsted for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 2027 and submitting the same to the Cuyahoga <br />County fiscal officer and its budget commission and declaring an emergency. <br />Mayor Jones: <br />Mr. President, I introduce and place on first reading. <br />Council Clerk: <br />Ordinance 2026-62, an Ordinance to make and transfer appropriations for current expenses <br />and other expenditures for the city of North Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 2026 <br />and declaring an emergency. <br />Mayor Jones: <br />Mr. President, I introduce and place on first reading. <br />Council Clerk: <br />Ordinance 2026-63, an Ordinance authorizing the Director of Public Service to request <br />proposals for persons or firms to conduct an operations and rates study for the Wastewater <br />Treatment Plant and further authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement with the person <br />or firm selected in the RFP process as approved by the Board of Control. <br />Mayor Jones: <br />Mr. President, I introduce and place on first reading. <br />Council Clerk: <br />Resolution 2026-64, a Resolution authorizing the Mayor to purchase a grinder from Earthworks <br />Equipment for use in the Department of Public Service through the Sourcewell Cooperative <br />Purchase Program at a cost of $160,027.90 and declaring an emergency. <br />Mayor Jones: <br />Mr. President, I introduce and place on first reading and request suspension of the rule <br />requiring three readings and formal committee review. <br />Councilman Madden: <br />Mr. President. <br />Council President Brossard: <br />Councilman Madden. <br />
