Councilman Madden:
I'd like to make a motion to suspend the rules requiring three readings and formal committee
review for Ordinance... I'm sorry for Resolution 2026-64. This was heard in Caucus this evening.
Suspension is necessary in order to get this equipment ordered and into our hands. The cost to
the city is coming out of the solid waste fund, $37,630.90. Director Kearney indicated this will
be offset by $10,000, per year that we currently spend with 3Z to accomplish the mulch
grinding that this equipment will take care of, and I ask for a second.
Councilman Scarh
Second.
Council President Brossard:
Motion to suspend the rules requiring three readings and formal committee review for
Resolution 2026-64 made by Councilman Madden, seconded by Councilman Scarl.
