An Ordinance to levy sidewalk assessments upon listed real property for the total costs incurred by the City of North Olmsted to repair, replace or construct sidewalks adjacent thereto, as such improvements were deemed necessary and installed pursuant to the 2025 sidewalk program in the City of North Olmsted, and declaring an emergency.
