An Ordinance authorizing the Director of Public <br />Service to request proposals from persons or firms to conduct an operations and rate study for <br />the Wastewater Treatment Plant; and further authorizing the Mayor to enter into an <br />agreement with the person or firm selected in the RFP process as approved by the Board of <br />Control. <br />Resolution 2026-66, introduced by Mayor Jones.
