There are five items being requested for suspension this evening. They are Resolution 2026-61 and Ordinance 2026-62, both of which are on second reading. Also, Ordinances 2026-78,-79, and -80, all of which are on first reading. We will now move into reports. Mayor Dailey Jones, do you have a report this evening? REPORTS Mayor Jones: Brief one, Mr. President. Thank you. Just a quick update for Council on the MacKenzie Road sewer project. Construction began August 10th on a sanitary sewer flow meter manhole on MacKenzie Road near the Olmsted Township city line. The project will provide real-time monitoring of wastewater from Olmsted Township that is treated at our North Olmsted Wastewater Treatment Plant under an existing agreement, and completion is expected by September 11th of this year. The east side sidewalk will remain closed from Angela Drive to the south city line during construction, while driveway access will be maintained. Engineering notified all directly impacted residents in advance of this project, and I've driven past there a couple times now, and the contractor actually has a working light that is helping to control the traffic on MacKenzie during this project, so that I think has been very helpful as well. A sincere thank you to the North Olmsted Community Council, its dedicated volunteers, and our city employees and safety service personnel for their tremendous work making homecoming possible each year. Their countless hours of planning and preparation are what makes this beloved community tradition a success, and we are proud to support their efforts. And finally, just an update, I received a call today from the Director of the Service Monitoring and Enforcement Division of the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio regarding the investigation that we asked to be opened by them into First Energy and the power outages that North Olmsted has experienced over the years. He did let me know that the investigation is still ongoing. So there is nothing to report as of yet, but he is in communication with us, which I wanted to let Council know that they had been following up, and Mr. President, that concludes my report.
