agreement with the person or firm selected in the RFP process as approved by the Board of <br />Control. Director Kearney and Superintendent Blum advised Council that the current study was <br />conducted for a 10-year term, which runs through 2027. We are considering a term to cover <br />about 8 years for the new study, which is a similar term to other communities and the Regional <br />Sewer District. Anticipated costs for the study is in the range of $50,000 to $70,000.00, which <br />will be covered by the Wastewater Treatment Fund and is included in the 2026 budget. Motion <br />was made by Councilman Madden, seconded by Councilman Scarl, and the Committee voted 2- <br />0 to recommend the Ordinance to all of Council.
