Councilwoman Carr, Chairwoman of the Intra-Governmental Relations Committee, do you have a report this evening? Councilwoman Carr: No, I do not. Thank you, Mr. President. COMMUNICATIONS Council President Brossard: Thank you. Are there any letters or communications to come before Council at this time? Council Clerk: No, Mr. President. AUDIENCE PARTICIPATION Council President Brossard: All right, thank you. We will now move into audience participation. Thank you for attending tonight's Council meeting. Public comment offers the opportunity for members of the public to share information and bring issues or concerns to the attention of City Council members. If there is anyone in the audience who would like to address Council, please come to the podium, state and spell your name and address for the clerk. And if you live in a city other than North Olmsted, please state the name of that city and proceed with your comments. You will have up to five minutes. Mr. Jeff Sturgeon: Jeff Sturgeon, 3092 West 231. Just a question, regarding Mr. Marrie recommending that they go to the BZA. Well, how does that work now? It is going to go back there, 5-2, you took the vote on that, correct? Council President Brossard: They will have the opportunity to discuss it again and move it out of committee, if they so choose, to the floor of Council for a vote, if they so choose. Mr. Jeff Sturgeon: How long does it take for you guys to send it back to them and for them to set a meeting up for that? Council President Brossard: That is up to the Council Member. The Council Member can schedule a meeting whenever he chooses. Council Member Marrie. Councilman Marrie: We are going to have a meeting next Tuesday to discuss that Resolution, next at our regular Caucus Meeting. Mr. Jeff Sturgeon: Is the public available to speak at that or not?
