And in a similar vein, it's not a major problem, but it's mainly a problem in the wintertime. It is people parking their cars in driveways, but also blocking the sidewalk, and in the wintertime, shoveling the snow out of their driveways and throwing it onto the sidewalk on either side of their driveway. Most people are not doing that, but some are, and it makes it more difficult and more treacherous, especially for people that have somewhat limited mobility, as I do. So, case made, any questions? Council President Brossard: No, but we thank you for your comments. Law Director Gareau: Mr. President, if I may. Mr. Dial, it's been a very long time since I've seen you up here. Probably close to 25 years. Mr. Charles Dial: Well, not that long. Law Director Gareau: I think you and I might be a little different in our memory of that, it's been a long time, but it's nice to see you. I did want to point out that Director Scofield and the administration have been working on a -bike legislation. It's been sent to the law department. We're kind of looking at other communities and how they're handling it, and I would expect to see something coming out fairly shortly. Mr. Charles Dial: Good. One thing I would also emphasize is that when I was a kid, I rode a bicycle, and I had to go to the police station and get a 25-cent license ticket for it, and all of these things are now unlicensed. We're talking about vehicles that are as big as Harleys. So if you have a gasoline - powered Harley, you have insurance rules and licensing rules that apply to you. None of that seems to apply to the people with e-bikes in particular. Law Director Gareau: Mr. President, if I may. We have many curb cuts on Lorain Road, and sometimes the sight lines aren't too good, and I know that as I'm pulling out of some of these parking lots, you're kind of looking at traffic on the street, and what you don't see is somebody on the sidewalk that's going 25 miles an hour.
