I <br />+ <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />• ORDINANCE N0. 2004-5 <br />BY: Council Member Gareau <br />AN ORD/NANCE ESTABL/SHING RATES OF COMPENSATION FOR THE NEWLY-CREATED POSITION OF <br />NETWORK ADM/NISTRATOR, AND OTHERW/SE RE-ESTABL/SHING THOSE RATES FOR VAR/OUS <br />ADMINISTRATIVE AND LEG/SLATIVE PERSONNEL FOR THE YEARS 2004 AND 2005 AS TWICE AMENDED. <br />WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 2003-138, as amended from time to time, established the rates of compensation ranges <br />and benefits for the City's various administrative and legislative personnel for the years 2004 through 2005; and <br />WHEREAS, it is the desire of this Council to eliminate the Division of Electronic Data Processing and the two positions <br />therein and create the new position of Network Administrator in the Department of Personnel and Administrative <br />Services. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF <br />CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO. <br />SECTION 1: THAT ORDINANCE N0. 2003-138 OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, WHICH PRESENTLY <br />READS AS FOLLOWS: <br />"SECTION 1: That the following salary ranges are hereby established for administrative and legislative personnel <br />of the City of North Olmsted. The salaries in this section shall be determined by the Mayor as appropriate. <br /> FROM TO <br /> 2004 2005 Time Period <br />A. Mayor (established through separate Ordinance 2000-127) <br />B. Director of Personnel and 1,730.77 2,538.48 2,589.25 Biweekly <br />Administrative Services <br />E. Director of Planning 1,730.77 2,538.48 2,589.25 Biweekly <br />F. Commissioner of Information Systems 1,269.23 2,405.88 2,454.00 Biweekly <br />G. Network Specialist 620.19 1,336.58 1,363.31 Biweekly <br />H. Administrative AssistanUFull-Time 961.54 1,899.62 1,937.61 Biweekly <br />1. Administrative Assistant/Part-Time 12.00 23.74 24.21 Per Hour <br />J. Civil Service Secr.
