I <br />+ <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />• ORDINANCE N0. 2004-5 <br />BY: Council Member Gareau <br />AN ORD/NANCE ESTABL/SHING RATES OF COMPENSATION FOR THE NEWLY-CREATED POSITION OF <br />NETWORK ADM/NISTRATOR, AND OTHERW/SE RE-ESTABL/SHING THOSE RATES FOR VAR/OUS <br />ADMINISTRATIVE AND LEG/SLATIVE PERSONNEL FOR THE YEARS 2004 AND 2005 AS TWICE AMENDED. <br />WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 2003-138, as amended from time to time, established the rates of compensation ranges <br />and benefits for the City's various administrative and legislative personnel for the years 2004 through 2005; and <br />WHEREAS, it is the desire of this Council to eliminate the Division of Electronic Data Processing and the two positions <br />therein and create the new position of Network Administrator in the Department of Personnel and Administrative <br />Services. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF <br />CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO. <br />SECTION 1: THAT ORDINANCE N0. 2003-138 OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, WHICH PRESENTLY <br />READS AS FOLLOWS: <br />"SECTION 1: That the following salary ranges are hereby established for administrative and legislative personnel <br />of the City of North Olmsted.
