CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE NO. 2003-141 <br />BY: Mayor Musial <br />AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING TBE COMPENSATION, BENEFITS AND <br />WORKING CONDITIONS FOR SALARIED EMPLOYEES EMPLOYED BY TBE <br />NORTH OLMSTED MUNICIl'AL BUS LINE, WHO ARE NOT MEMBERS OF THE <br />A.F.S.C.M.E., LOCAL 3517, COLLECTIVE BARGAINING LTNIT, WHICH SAID <br />COMPENSATION IS REIlVBURSED BY THE GREATER CLEVELAND REGIONAL <br />TRANSIT AUTHORITY IN TBE OPERATING AGREEMENT. <br />WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 2001-03, established the rates of compensation ranges, <br />benefits and working conditions for the non-bargaining unit salaried employees for the North <br />Olmsted Municipal Bus Line (NOMBL) for the years 2001 through 2003; and <br />WHEREAS, it is the desire of this Council, pursuant to the Mayor's recommendation, to <br />establish salary ranges and benefits for the NOMBL salaried employees for the years 2004 and <br />2005; and <br />WHEREAS, said new salary ranges reflect a zero percent (00/6) increase in the year 2004 <br />over the ranges previously established for the year 2003 and a two percent (2%) increase in the <br />year 2005; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY TBE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: Salary Schedules <br />That the compensation to be paid to salaried employees shall be in the ranges as follows: <br /> Sala Ran e biweekl <br />Administrative Personnel From 2004 2005 <br />General Mana er $1,680.77 $2,701.92 $2,755.96 <br />O erations Mana er $1,769.23 $2,500.38 $2,550.39 <br />Maintenance Mana er $1,542.31 $2,341.54 $2,388.37 <br />Assistant Maintenance Mana er $1,419.23 $2,137.31 $2,180.06 <br />Zone Su ervisor $1,396.15 $2,271.15 $2,316.57 <br />SECTION 2a: Work Week <br />The normal work week for salaried employees of the NOMBL shall be forty (40) hours. <br />Said work week begins Sunday morning at 12:01 a.m. through midnight Saturday. <br />SECTION 2b: Night Rate Differential <br />A salaried employee of the NOMBL shall be paid an additional $.60 per-hour for hours <br />worked on a Night Shift. The night shift hours is defined as beginning approximately 4:00 p.m. <br />and ending approximately 6:00 a.m. Salaried employees on a day shift that ends up to <br />approximately 8:00 p.m. axe not considered on a night shift. <br />_ .?..tH ..,.w,.?.? <br />?. , <br />?N.. ?, .. . .? ..r..,?? ?? .? ?.
