That it is necessary to improve the following streets within the City of North 0].msted by replacing and repairing sidewalks wherer ~sessary in the locations shown by the plans and specifications to which reference is hereinai'ter made: a. Burns Road -Butternut Ridge Rd, to Southern Ave. b. Georgette -entire length c. Maple Ridge - (~-lter Road to Claque Road d. Claque Road -Elm Road to Stoneybrook e. Carey Lane -Allendale to Columbia Road f,`° So. Y~orter Rd. -Southern Avenue to Lorain Road g. Sherwood Drive - Lynhaven to Wi~i.sor h. Maria Lane -Walter Road to end i. Coe Avenue -Elm Road to Lorain Road Section 2. It is hereby detexmined and declared that said improvement is conducive to the public health, convenience and welfare of said City and the inhabitants thereof. Council fcrther finds and determines that said streets, or parts thereof to be improved, are so situated in relation to each other that 3.n order to coaaplete the improvement thereof in the most practical sad ect~<aa3.ca1 manner, they shall be improved at the same time, with the same tried of mat®rials and in the same manner, this determination being made pursuant to Revised Code Section 727.09, Section 3. That the grade of said streets and improvement shall be the grade as shown by the plans and profiles which have been prepared by the City Engineer and which are made a part hereof . Section ~. That the plans, specifications, estimates and profiles of the proposed improvement, heretofore prepared by the City E~Lneer and new on file in the office of the Clerk of this Council, are hereby approved. Section 5. The City shall assume and pay at least 2~, of the total cost of said improvement plus the cost of intersections and the remaining cost of said improvement shall. be assessed in proportion to the benefits which may ~sult therefrom upon all lots aed leads bounding and abutting upcaz the proposed i meat, which said lots and lands are hereby determined to be specially benefited - by said improvement. The cost of said improvement sha11 include the cost of preliminary and other surveys, plans, specifications, profiles and estimates and of printi~, serving and publishing notices, resolutions and ordinances, the amount of s result- ing from the improvement assessed in favor of any ownex of land affected by the improvement and the interest thereon, the costs incurred in eontaectic~n with the preparation, levy and collection of the special assess~znts, the cost of purchasing, appropriating, and otherwise acquiring therefor any required real estate or interests
