r ;;„., CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED RESOLUTION NO. 70- BY .Le..____~-., A RESOLUTION DECLARING THE INTENTION OF COUNCIL TO APPROPRIATE CERTAIN EASEMENTS, BOTH PERMANENT AND TEMPORARY, FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF SEWERS, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. WHEREAS, it is necessary in the judgment of this Council that immediate provisions be made for the construction, maintenance and operation of certain sewers along, over and through certain property located in the City of North Olmsted,. more fully hereinafter described ,and WHEREAS, to provide in part the necessary rights of way required for such construction, maintenance and operation it is necessary in the opinion of this Council that easements, both permanent and temporary, for construction, opera- tion and maintenance of said sewer be appropriated by the City of North Olmsted. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of North Olmsted, State of Ohio : Section 1. That it is deemed necessary and it is hereby declared to be the intention of this Council to appropriate a right of way and easement, both perma- nent and temporary, ©ver ,through and across the parcels of land described as follows: Leonard Van, Permanent Parcel No. 234-10-3, both permanent and temporary Situated in the City of North Olmsted, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohfo, and known as being part of Original The easement is described as beginning at the intersection of the southerly right-of-way line of Lorain Road and the Easterly property line of permanent Parcel No. 234-10-3 ;thence South 46° 47' 45" west a distance of 321.97 feet to intersection point of the Southerly right-of-way line of Lorain Road and the Westerly property line of land conveyed to Leonard Van, deed dated February 14, 1957; thence South 1° 42' 30" west along said Westerly property line a distance of 14.11 feet ;thence North 46° 47' 45" east parallel to the center line of Lorain Road a distance of 332.I1 feet to a point of inter- section with the Easterly property line of said property ;thence North 43° 13' 30" west along the Easterly property line a distance of 10.00 feet to the point of beginning, A temporary easement beginning at a point on the Easterly property line of land conveyed to Leonard Van, deeded February 14, 1957, Permanent Parcel No. 234-10-3, said point being lofted, as measured along the property line, 10.00 feet from the intersection
