r <br />;;„., <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION NO. 70- <br />BY .Le..____~-., <br />A RESOLUTION DECLARING THE INTENTION OF <br />COUNCIL TO APPROPRIATE CERTAIN EASEMENTS, <br />BOTH PERMANENT AND TEMPORARY, FOR THE <br />CONSTRUCTION OF SEWERS, AND DECLARING <br />AN EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, it is necessary in the judgment of this Council that immediate <br />provisions be made for the construction, maintenance and operation of certain <br />sewers along, over and through certain property located in the City of North <br />Olmsted,. more fully hereinafter described ,and <br />WHEREAS, to provide in part the necessary rights of way required for such <br />construction, maintenance and operation it is necessary in the opinion of this <br />Council that easements, both permanent and temporary, for construction, opera- <br />tion and maintenance of said sewer be appropriated by the City of North Olmsted. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of North <br />Olmsted, State of Ohio : <br />Section 1. That it is deemed necessary and it is hereby declared to be the <br />intention of this Council to appropriate a right of way and easement, both perma- <br />nent and temporary, ©ver ,through and across the parcels of land described as <br />follows: <br />Leonard Van, Permanent Parcel No. 234-10-3, both permanent <br />and temporary <br />Situated in the City of North Olmsted, County of Cuyahoga and State <br />of Ohfo, and known as being part of Original <br />The easement is described as beginning at the intersection of the <br />southerly right-of-way line of Lorain Road and the Easterly property <br />line of permanent Parcel No. 234-10-3 ;thence South 46° 47' 45" <br />west a distance of 321.97 feet to intersection point of the Southerly <br />right-of-way line of Lorain Road and the Westerly property line of <br />land conveyed to Leonard Van, deed dated February 14, 1957; thence <br />South 1° 42' 30" west along said Westerly property line a distance <br />of 14.11 feet ;thence North 46° 47' 45" east parallel to the center <br />line of Lorain Road a distance of 332.I1 feet to a point of inter- <br />section with the Easterly property line of said property ;thence <br />North 43° 13' 30" west along the Easterly property line a distance <br />of 10.00 feet to the point of beginning, <br />A temporary easement beginning at a point on the Easterly property <br />line of land conveyed to Leonard Van, deeded February 14, 1957, <br />Permanent Parcel No. 234-10-3, said point being lofted, as <br />measured along the property line, 10.00 feet from the intersection <br />
