CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE NO. 68- 147 <br />BY ?. <br />AN ORDINAN'CE AMENDING SECTION I AND 2 OF ORDINANCE NO. <br />67-241 ENACTED OCTOBER 17, 1967, WHICH AMENDED ORDINANCE <br />NO. 67-211 ENACTED SEPTEMBER 5, 1967, WHICH AMENDED ORDI- <br />NANCE NO. 66-127 ENACTED MAY 17, 1966, WHICH AMEIVDED ORDI- <br />NANCE NO. 65-243 ENACTED OCTOBER 6,1965, WHICH AMENDED <br />ORDINANCE NO. 65-44 ENACTED FEBRUARY 16, 1965, WHICH A- <br />MENDED ORDINANCE NO. 63-7 ENACTED jANUARY 2, 1963, WHICH <br />AMENDED ORDINANCE NO. 3121 ENTITLED " AN ORDINANCE RE- <br />LATING TO COMPENSATION OF EMPLOYEES OF THE MUNICIPAL <br />BUS LINE, AND DECLARING AIV EMERGINCY, " AND DECLARING <br />AN EMERGEN'CY. <br />WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended an adjustment in <br />the pay rate of employees of the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line ; and <br />WHEREAS, Council is desirous of making an adjustment in the com- <br />pensation for employees of the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line. <br />NOW, THEREFOREs BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of <br />North Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section 1. That Section 1 and 2 of Ordinance No. 67-241 enacted <br />October 17, 1967, which amended Ordinance No. 67-211 enacted September <br />5, 1967, which amended Ordinance No. 66-127 enacted May 17, 1966, which <br />amended Ordinance No. 65-243 enacted Octover 6, 1965, which amended <br />Ordinance No. 66-44 enacted February 16, 1965, which amended Ordinance No. <br />63-7 enacted January 2, 1963 , which amended Ordinance No. 3121, presently <br />readinq as follows: <br />" That beginning October 1, 1967, employees holding the following <br />positiorLS _in the employ of the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line <br />shall be paid the salaries and wages as hereinafter determined: <br />Superintendent <br />Assistant Superintendent- <br />Operations <br />Equipment Repair Supervisor <br />Equipment Mechanic,.- <br />Equipment Servicemen <br />Extra Labor- Part-time <br />$7, 000. 00 to $9, 000. 00 per year <br />payable semi-monthly. <br />$6, 000. 00 to $7, 500. 00 per year <br />payable semi-monthly. <br />$3. 25 to $3. 75 per hour <br />$3.00 to $3.50 per hour <br />$2.50 to $2.90 per hour <br />$1. 2 6 to $ 2. 2 6 per hour <br />Section 2. That mechanics and other employees in the garage of the <br />North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line shall have allowed to them the <br />sum of Fifty and 00/100 ($50.00 ) Dollars per year for the cleaning <br />and . maintenance of uniforms worn by them in the per£ormance of their <br />duties in the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line garage.
