AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION I OF ORDINANCE NO. 68-147 ENACTED SEPTEMBER 17, 1968, WHICH A- MENDED ORDINANCE NO. 67-211 ENACTED SEPTEMBER 5, 1967, WHICH AMENDED ORDINANCE NO. 66-127 E1V- ACTED MAY 17, 1966, WHICH AMENDED ORDINANCE IVO. 65-243 ENACTED OCTOBER 6, 1965, WHICH AMENDED ORDINANCE NO. 65-44 ENACTED FEBRUARY 16,1965, WHICH AMENDED ORDIIVANCE NO. 63-7 ENACTED JAnTUARY 2, 1963, WHICH AMENDED ORDINANCE NO. 3121 ENTITLED " AN ORDINANCE RELATIN'G TO COM- PEIVSATIOnT OF EMPLOYEES OF THE MtJNICIPAL BUS LINE, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY, " AND DECLARING AIV EMERGEIVCY. WHEREAS, the Transportation Committee of Council has recommended to the Finance Committee of Council that an adjustment in the rate of pay for maintenance employees of the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line is necessary, and WHEREAS, the Transportation Committee and the Finance Committee of Council have recommended an adjustment in the rate of pay of maintenance employees of the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line, and WHEREAS, Council is desirous of making an adjustment in the com- pensation for employees of the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of North Olmsted, State of Ohio : Section 1. That Section I of Ordinance No. 68-147, enacted September 17, 1968, presently reading as follows: " That beginning October 1, 1968, employees holdfng the following positions in the employ of the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line shall be paid the salaries and wages as hereinafter determined: Superintendent Assistant Superintendent Equipment Repair Supervisor Equipment Mechanic Equipment Servicemen Extra Labor- Part-time $7,000.00 to $9,000.00 peryear payable semi-monthly $6,000.00 to $7,500.00 peryear payable semi-monthly $3.25 to $3.75 per hour $3.00 to $3.50 perhour $2.50 to $2.90 per hour $1.26 to $2. 26 per hour which salaries shall be payable by the Director of Finance.
