ORDIIVANCE NO. 69-120 BY PROKASY AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 1151.04 ( PARAGRAPH G), 1159.01, 1161.01, 1161. 0 2( PARAGRAPH B), 1163 . 0 2( PARAGRAPH D), 1173.02 ( PARAGRAPH F), 1173.02 ( PARAGRAPH H), 1174. 04, 1191,03 ( PARAGRAPH L), 1225.02 ( PARAGRAPHS A, B-5, D-5, and D-6 ) OF ORDINANCE NO. 62-33, ENACTED JUIVE 19, 1962, EN- TITLED " AN ORDINANCE DIVIDING THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, OHIO, INTO DISTRICTS FOR THE PURPOSE OF REGULATIIVG AND RESTRICTING THE LOCATION OF BUILDINGS AND OTHER STRUCTURES, AND OF PREMISES TO BE USED FOR TRADE, INDUSTRY, RESIDENCE OR OTHER SPECIFIED USES : REGULATING AND LIMITIIVG THE HEIGHT OF BUILDINGS AND OTHER STRUCTURES, REGULATING THE BULK AND LOCATION OF BUILDINGS AND OTHER STRUCTURES, THE PRECENTAGE OF LOT OCCUPAIVCY, SET-BACK BUILDING LIIVES AND AREA OF YARDS, COURTS AND OTHER OPEN SPACES : PROVI9-- ING FOR A METHOD OF ADMINISTRATION : FOR AN ADMINISTRATIVE BOARD : AN D FOR THE IMPOSITION OF PENALTIES FOR VIaLATION AND REPEALIIVG PREVIOUS ORDINAN'CES INCONSISTENT THEREWITH. " WHEREAS, the Design and Platting Committee of Council have reported to Council that various changes have become necessary as a result of the in- creased construction of homes and buildings in the City of North Olmsted ; and WHEREAS, Council now wishes to incorporate in the Zoning Code the changes recommended by the Design and Platting Committee of Council. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of North Olmsted, State of Ohio : Section l. That Ordinance No. 62-33, enacted June 19, 1962, Section 1151.04 ( Paragraph G) entitled " Accessory Uses In Any Residence District now reading,as follows: 1151.04 Accessorv Uses In Anv Residence District The fbllowing accessory uses and buildings are permitted in any Residence District: ( G) " A windbreak or other similar freestanding structure provided the same is not over six ( 6) feet in height above grade level or no part of which is closer than fifteen ( 15 ) feet to any side line or rear line of the lot onwhich the same is located. " be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: 1151.04 Accessorv Uses In Anv Residence District ( G) A windbreak or other similar freestanding structure provided the same is not over six ( 6) feet in height above grade level or no part of which is closer than fifteen ( 15 ) feet to any side line or rear line of the lot on which the same is located. In no case shall the above be permitted infront set-back area.
