CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE NO. 69- Z/ <br />BY ? <br />AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE ORGANIZATIONAL C HART <br />FOR THE FINANCE DEPARTMENT OF THE CITY OF NORTH <br />OLMSTED, SETTIN6 FORTH THE COMPENSATION TO BE PAID <br />EMPLOYEES OF THE FINANCE DEPARTMENT, AND REPEALING <br />ORDINANCE NO. 68-40, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY <br />WHEREAS, Council in the City of North Olmsted has established <br />an Organizational Chart for the Finance Department of the City of North <br />Olmsted ; and <br />WHEREAS, Council wishes to set forth the remuneration to be paid <br />employees of-the Finance Department ; and <br />WHEREAS, Council has combined the Organizational Chart of <br />the Finance Department and compensation to be paid to the employees of <br />the Finance Department, including the Municipal Income Tax Division of <br />the Finance Department, in one ordinance. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDIANED by the Council of the City <br />of North Olmsted, State of Ohio : <br />Section 1. That the complement of the Finance Department, and <br />all its divisions shall be as follows: <br />Director of Finance <br />Director of Finance's Secretary ( also referred to as Assistant ) <br />Finance Director <br />Director of Finance Assistant Secretary <br />Income Tax Administrator <br />Clerical help in Income Tax Division <br />Said Finance Department shall be under the direction of the Director <br />of Finance who shall be responsible for the operation of the Finance Department. <br />Section 2. That retroactive to J:anuary_: I.., 1969, the remuneration <br />of employees in the Finance Department of the City of North Olmsted , in- <br />cluding all its divisions shall be as follows: <br />Director of Finance <br />Director of Finance's Secretary <br />( Assistant Director of Finance ) <br />Director of Finance Assistant Secret< <br />and other clerical help necessary <br />Income Tax Division Administrator <br />Clerical help ( Income Tax Division) <br />$9,000.00 <br />$5,000.00 <br />iry <br />$1. 35 <br />$5,000.00 <br />$4,000.00 <br />Annually <br />to $6, 500. 00 Annually <br />to $2.55 per hour <br />Annually <br />to $5,000.00 Annually <br />which salaries shall be payable by the Finance Director semi-monthly. <br />Section 3. The secretary or clerical help of the Finance Department <br />of the City of North Olmsted shall receive, as a longevity increment, the sum <br />of $25.00 . This longevity increment shall be payable over and above any <br />annual salary or hourly salary paid to said secretary or clerical help, and <br />shall be at the rate of $25.00 for each and every year said secretary or <br />clerical help has been continually employed by the City of North Olmsted.
