CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED ORDINAIVCE NO. 69-.53 6 14- BY AN C`.1RDINAN CE ESTABLISHING THE ORGANIZATIONAL CHART OF THE LAW DEPARTMENT SETTING FORTH THE COMPLEMENT OF THE LAW DEPARTMENT AND ESTABLISHING THE SALARIES OF THE MEMBERS OF THE LAW DEPARTMENT AND REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 68-42, EIJACTED MARCH 5, 1968, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY WHEREAS, the Charter of the City of IVorth Olmsted in Article V, Section 2. provided for a Law Department to be haeded by the Director of Law ; and WHEREAS, Council wishes to adopt Organizational Charts for all employees in the City of IVorth Olmsted for the purposes of identification as to duties performed and remuneration received. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAIIVED by the Council of the City of North Olmsted, State of Ohio : Section l. That the Law Department of the City of North Olmsted as provided for in Article V, Section 2 of the Charter of the City of North Olmsted is to be headed by the Director of Law, and the employees thereof shall consist of two ( 2) Assistant Directors of Law, one ( 1) who shall serve as Police Prosecutor. Section 2. That the remuneration of the Law Department shall be as follows: Director of Law For 1969 $8, 000 . 00 Annually payable bi-monthly Effective january 1,1970, and thereafter $11, 000. 00 Annually payable bi-monthly Assistant Director of Law ( Civil ) Effective March 1, Assistant Director of Law ( Prosecutor ) Effective March 1, 1969 $4, 200. 00 Annually payable bi-monthly 1969 $2,400.00 Annually payable bi-monthly In addition,the Prosecutor shall receive an additional compensation in the amount of $12.00 for each N'ot Guilty Plea he attends to. on behalf of the City of North Olmsted. Section 3. That the Director of Finance be authorized and directed to pay the Director of Law, the sum of $5, 000. 00 per annum, payable monthly, for secretarial services and other general office expenses.
