. .? <br />i <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0. 81- 132 <br />BY: <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 1202 OF THE ZONING <br />CODE ENTITLED "AREA USES AND STANDARDS IN MIXED <br />USE DISTRICTS" IN THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED. <br />WHEREAS, after this Council has studied the permitted uses <br />under the Mixed Use District, and <br />WHEREAS, after having conferred with the Planning Commission, <br />it has been determined that it is in the best interest of the <br />citizens of the City of North Olmsted to expand and clarify the <br />uses permitted in a Mixed Use District. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA, AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1. That Chapter 1202 of the Zoning Code entitled <br />"Area Uses and Standards in Mixed Use Districts", which now reads: <br />"CHAPTER 1202 - AREA USES AND STANDARDS IN MIXED <br />USE DISTRICTS <br />1202.01 Minimum Required Area <br />The minimum reauired area for a plan of development of a <br />parcel of land shall be not less than ten (10) acres. <br />1202.02 - Uses Permitfed <br />Any of the following uses as defined in Sections 1202.03, <br />1202.04, 1202.05 and Chapters 1204 and 1205 shall be permitted: <br />Multiple Dwelling <br />Administrative and Professional <br />Class A Hi-Rise Residential <br />Class B Hi-Rise Business Office and Professional Uses <br />1202.03 Multiple Dwelling <br />There shall be permitted only the multiple dwelling uses <br />permitted in a Multiple Dwelling District subject to the same <br />terms, provisions, conditions, and limitations imposed upon such <br />uses by Chapters 1151 to 1163 of the Zoning Code. <br />1202.04 Park Administrative and Professional <br />The following uses shall be permitted: Hospitals, medical <br />clinics, non-manufacturing development laboratoxies, research <br />laboratories, academic and professional schools, xetail stores and <br />any other use which the Planning Commission, from time to time <br />determines is in keeping with the foregoing uses and is not injurious, <br />obnoxious or offensive by reason of the emission of odo.rs, dust, <br />smoke, gas fumes, vibrations or noise, and associated and accessory <br />uses to the foregoing uses< <br />In any portion of a parcel which is devoted to Park <br />Administrative and Professional use conformity with the following <br />standards shall be required:
