CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED ORDINANCE N0. 89 - 96 BY: ~ AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE COMPENSATION, BENEFITS AND WORKING CONDITIONS FOR SALARIED EMPLOYEES EMPLOYED BY THE NORTH OLMSTED MUNICIPAL BUS LINE, WHO ARE NOT MEMBERS OF THE NORTH OLMSTED TRANSIT EMPLOYEES ASSOCIATION, COLLECTIVE BAP.GAINING UNIT, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY, AS AMENDED. WHEREAS, it is the desire of this Council to update and establish the compensation and benefits for the NOMBL salaried employees effective August 1, 1989, in order that they be similiar to benefits presently offered to employees of the North Olmsted Transit Employees Association. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: SECTION 1: Salary Schedules That the compensation to be paid to salaried employees shall be in the ranges as follows: Administrative Personnel General Manager Operations Supervisor Maintenance Supervisor Assistant Maintenance Supervisor Zone Supervisor Administrative Assistant SECTION 2: Work Week Salar Ran e 27,700 to 46,900 $26,300 to $44,600 $26,300 to $44,600 $24,600 to $41,800 $24,600 to $41,800 $18,300 to $31,200 The normal work week for salaried employees of the NOMBL shall be forty (40) hours. Said work week begins Sunday morning at 12:01 AM through midnight Saturday. SECTION 3: Overtime That the salaried employees may be paid overtime upon the recommendation of the Service Director. SECTION 4: Lon evity Benefits That there is an established longevity benefit for all full-time salaried employees which shall be as follows:
