TALLON <br />AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE SUBMISSION TO THE <br />ELECTORS OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED OF A PROPOSED <br />AM.ENDNfENT TO THE CHAF.TER OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RELATING TO THE ESTABLISHMENT WITHIN THE DEPARTMENT <br />OF HUr1AN RESOURCES, A DIVISION OF AGING, AND DECLAR- <br />ING AN EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the Charter of the City and Consti- <br />tution of the State of Ohio, this Council has determined to authorize <br />and direct the submission to the electors of the City of North <br />Olmsted of a proposed Charter amendment hereinafter set forth at the <br />General Election to be held on November 5, 1985, which election is <br />not less than sixty (60) days nor more than one hundred twenty <br />(120) days from the date of the passage of this Ordinance. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO, TWO-THIRDS OF <br />ALL MEMBERS CONCURRING: <br />5ECTION l: That this Council hereby authorizes and directs <br />the submission to the electors of the City of North Olmsted at the <br />General Election to be held at the usual places of voting in the <br />City of North Olmsted on Tuesday, November 5, 1985, the following <br />proposal 'to amend the Charter of the City of North Olmsted: <br />Proposal: That Section 6 of Article V of the Charter en- <br />titled "Director of.Human Resources" be amended to include therein <br />a new paragraph providing for the establishment of a division on <br />aging, which paragraph shall be designated Paragraph B and the <br />existing provisions therof shall be designated Paragraph A, such <br />amended Section 6 of Article V to read as follows: <br />ARTICLE V <br />SECTION 6.
