~... <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0. 87 - 70 <br />BY: MAYOR PETRIGAC <br />AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE ORGANIZATION AND <br />COMPOSITION OF THE NON-UNIFORM PERSONNEL OF THE <br />POLICE DEPARTMENT, TOGETHER WITH SALARIES AND <br />VARIOUS BENEFITS FOR SAID EMPLOYEES, AND DE- <br />CLARING AN EMERGENCY, AS AMENDED. <br />WHEREAS, it is the desire of this Council to establish a <br />complement of non-uniform police personnel, together with certain <br />benefits covering said employees, apart from the Organizational <br />Chart established for the uniform police personnel. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That the Organizational Chart for the non-uniform <br />Police epartment personnel of the City of North Olmsted shall be <br />as follows: <br />(a) There shall be one (1) secretary; five (S) <br />clerks; thirty (30) auxiliary police; four <br />(4) dispatchers, one of which shall be <br />designated Senior Dispatcher; eighteen (18) <br />school guards and one (1) Police Matron, part <br />time. <br />SECTION 2: That Council does hereby establish salaries for <br />the various employees specified in Section 1 hereof, effective <br />January 1, 1987. <br />(a) Secretary <br />The secretary shall be compensated in accordance with the <br />ordinance establishing pay ranges for secretaries in the <br />Administrative Chart of the City of North Olmsted. <br />(b) School Guards--------------- $4.0.2 Per Hour - lst Year <br />4.89 Per Hour - After 1st Year <br />(c) Auxiliary Police------------ 4.02 Per Hour - lst Year <br />(Part-Time) 4.89 Per Hour - After lst Year <br />(d) Police Matron--------------- 4.02 Per Hour - 1st Year <br />(Part-Time) 4.89 Per Hour - After 1st Year <br />
