.~,. <br />«~ ~. <br />~a. <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE NO. 77- ~Q~ <br />AN RDINANCE ESTABLISHING A21 ORGANIZATIONAL <br />CHART FOR THE WASTEWATER TREATMENT FACILITIES, <br />COLLECTION SYSTEM AND LIFT STATIONS, A SECTION <br />OF THE PUBLIC WORKS DIVISION OF THE CITY OF <br />NORTH OLMSTED, SETTING FORTH THE PERSONNEL NEEDED <br />AND ESTABLISHING THE REMUNERATION FOR CERTAIN <br />EMPLOYEES OF SAID DIVISION, AND REPEALING ORDINANCE <br />76-106 ENACTED SEPTEMBER 7, 1976, AND DECLARING AN <br />EMERGENCY j- AS AMENDED. <br />WHEREAS, Council has adopted Organizational Charts for <br />all employees, both salaried and hourly, of the City of North <br />Olmsted, and <br />WHEREAS, Council has adopted the Organizational Chart <br />in order to establish future personnel needs, as the needs <br />of the City of North Olmsted increase due to population <br />expansion; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That there is hereby created a Wastewater Treat- <br />ment Section of the Public Works Division of the City of <br />North Olmsted. Said Section shall include the Wastewater <br />Treatment Plant, the Collection System and Lift Station <br />personnel. <br />SECTION 2: That the Public Works Commissioner shall be res- <br />ponsible for all operations of said Section and all supervisors <br />shall report directly to the Public Works Commissioner. <br />SECTION 3: The complement of the Public Works Division <br />shall include the Wastewater Treatment Section and shall be <br />as follows: <br />A. One (1) Superintendent Wastewater Treatment Facilities <br />1. Treatment Plant <br />a. One (1) Assistant Superintendent of Operations <br />b. One (1) Plant Operations Foreman <br />c. One (1) Assistant Superintendent of Maintenance <br />d. One (1) Secretary <br />~. One (1) Chemist <br />f. One (1) Maintenance Mechanic <br />g. One (1) Mechanic Helper <br />h. One (1) Maintenance Laborer <br />i. Eight (~) Plant Operators <br />j. Four (4) Plant Laborers <br />k. One (1) Laboratory Technician <br />1. Summer and part-time help as needed <br />2. Collection System and Lift Stations <br />a. One (1) Assistant Superintendent of Systems <br />b. One (1) Foreman <br />c. One (1) Systems Maintenance Technician <br />d. One (1) Lift Station Attendant <br />e. Three ( 3) Equipment Operators <br />f . Two ( 2 ) Laborers <br />g. Summer and part-time help as needed. <br />
