MINUTES OF AN ADJOURNED MEETING OF THE
<br />COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED,
<br />OHIO, NOVEMBER 11, 1958 - 8:00 P.M.
<br />Present were Ralph A. Hazelton, President of Council; James Hinkel,
<br />Eddie Hixson, Wm. H. Kramer, Mary Alice Lynch, Bruce MacDonald, Francis
<br />O'Neill, James Wilson, Lloyd E. Barnes, Service Director. Paul J. Gareau,
<br />Mayor, and Carl F. Haettich, Safety Director, were absent.
<br />Also present were C. J. Oviatt, Solicitor; E. M. Christman, Clerk; and
<br />Alex Kanareff, Engineer, and Alice Dobbins, Treasurer.
<br />Ordinance No. 2759 was introduced by Mr. Hixson. An ordinance accepting
<br />for dedication the plat of Lorain Road Estates Subdivision, and declaring
<br />an emergency. It was moved by Mr. Hixson, seconded by Mr. MacDonald,
<br />that the statutory rule be suspended and the ordinance be read immediately
<br />the second and third times and put on its passage. The affirmative vote
<br />thereon was as follows: Hinkel, Hixson, Kramer, Lynch, MacDonald, O'Neill,
<br />Wilson. Thereupcn, the ordinance was read the second and third times
<br />and put upon its passage and the affirmative vote thereon was as follows:
<br />Hinkel, Hixson, Kramer, Lynch, MacDonald, O'Neill, Wilson.
<br />Grdinance No. 2760 was introduced by Mr. Hinkel. An ordinance accepting
<br />for dedication the plat of LeRoy Harris - LeBern Drive Subdivision, and
<br />declaring an emergency. It was moved by Mr. Hinkel, seconded by Mr. Kramer,
<br />that the statutory rule be suspended and the ordinance be read immediately
<br />and second and third times and put on its passage. The affirmative vote
<br />thereon was as follows: Hinkel, Hixson, Kramer, Lynch, MacDonald, O'Neill,
<br />Wilson. Thereupon, the ordinance was read the second and third times
<br />and put upon its passage and the affirmative note thereon was as follows;
<br />Hinkel, Hixson, Kramer, Lynch, MacDonald, O'Neill, d~tiilson.
<br />Ordinance No. 2761 was introduced by Mr. Kramer. An ordinance accepting
<br />for dedication the plat of G. A. Barnow - Cedar Point Subdivision, and
<br />declaring an emergency. It was moved by Mr. Kramer, seconded by Mr. Wilson,
<br />that the statutory rule be suspended and the ordinance be read immediately
<br />the second and third times and put on its passage. The affirmative vote
<br />thereon was as follows: Hinkel, Hixson, Kramer, Lynch, MacDonald, O'Neill,
<br />Wilson. Thereupon, the ordinance was read the second and third times and
<br />put upon its passage and the affirmative vote thereon was as follows:

<br />Resolution No. 2762 was introduced by Mr. Filson. A resolution extending
<br />maturity date of the Fitch Road Sidewalk anticipation note from October 31,
<br />1958 to April 30, 1959, and declaring an emergency. It was moved by NIr.
<br />Wilson, seconded by Mrs. Lynch, that the statutory rule be suspended and
<br />the resolution be read immediately the second and third times and put on its
<br />passage. The affirmative vote thereon was as follows: Hinkel, Hixson,
<br />Kramer, Lynch, MacDonald, O'Neill, Wilson. Thereupon, the resolution was
<br />read the second and third times and put upon its passage and the affirmative
<br />vote thereon was as follows: Hinkel, Hixson, Kramer, Lynch, MacDonald,
<br />O'Neill, Wilson.
<br />Resolution No. 2763 was introduced by Mr. Hinkel. A resolution extending
<br />maturity date of the Decker Road paving anticipation note from October 31,
<br />1958 to April 30, 1959, and declaring an emergency. It was moved by Mr.
<br />Hinkel, seconded by Mr. Wilson, that the statutory rule be suspended and
<br />the resolution be read immediately the second and third times and put on
<br />its passage. The affirmative vote thereon was as follows: Hinkel, Hixson,
<br />Kramer, Lynch, MacDonald, O'Neill, Wilson. Thereupon, the resolution was
<br />read the second and third times and put upon its passage and the affirmative
<br />vote thereon was as follows: Hinkel, Hixson, Kramer, Lynch, MacDonald,
<br />O'Neill, Wilson.
<br />Ordinance No. 2764 was introduced by Mr. MacDonald. An ordinance authorizing
<br />and directing the cancellation of special assessments on Permanent Parcel No.
<br />237-15-44 on Coe Avenue Water Main in the City of North Glmsted, and declaring
<br />an emergency. It was moved by Mr. MacDonald, seconded by Mr. Hixson, that
<br />the statutory rule be suspended and the ordinance be read immediately the
