meeting, the Mayor said sufficient evidence could not be found on which to
Apok Mr. Caster, Chairman of Appointments, Industrial Development and Municipal
Nio; Development Committees, said that the Appointments Committee has discussed
Mr. Caster moved that Council approve Mr. Davis' appointment, Mr. Prokasy
seconded motione "Yeas" Caster, Eian, Hodgins, LimpertT Mi.ller, Prokasy,
West.
Reporting for Municipal Development Committee, Mr. Caster said this Committee
had met last night with residents in Contract 11 and 12 area. About 25 people
had attended meetinge In general views were still the same. The residents
feel they do not have a problem and would like to see the roads left the way
they were before sewer installation. However, Mr. Caster believes in the in-
terest of long range planning in the City, under Contracts 11 and 12, the roads
ean be put into much better shape than before construction started. Floyd
Browne & Associates revised plans to reflect some changes - where there were
ditches up to 4' or so, the approximate maximum depth will be about 2', and
even that depth does not occur very oftenm On the whole they will be able to
be mowed. There is ample right of caay to put in swales.
At this point, a resident of area requested opportunity to speak on subject at
this time, Mr. Caster moved that the Agenda be changed to allow him to speak
at this time, seconded by Mr. Eian, "Yeas" Caster, Eian, Hodgins, Limpert,
Miller, Prokasy, Tdest.
Mr. Frank Collister, 28382 North Park Drive, told Council he feels that the
? group of residents in North Park area are being pushed around, and that the
real issue is not being discussede The residents feel the road was most satis-
factory before the sewers, and they would like to see it put back the way it
.
was previously.
