? <br />?. <br />• .e <br />? <br />t....- <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0. 90-124 <br />BY: JANET SARINGER <br />1f_0?, <br />-?.r+J` <br />AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE AMENDMENT OF THE ZONE <br />MAP OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, WHICH ZONE MAP IS <br />PART OF THE ZONING CODE OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, <br />BY CHANGING THE PREMISES HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED FROM <br />SINGLE RESIDENCE B DISTRICT TO GENERAL RETAIL BUSINESS <br />DISTRICT. <br />WHEREAS, it appears that the Zoning Code that applies to the below de- <br />scribed real property is improper under the conditions presently existing and <br />inadequate for the development and use of this land; and <br />WHEREAS, after a careful consideration, the Planning Commission of the <br />City, on the llth day of September, 1990, recommended approval of the chanqe <br />of the district herein specified. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMST- <br />ED, COUNTY OF CUY-AHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That this Ordinance, having been submitted to the Planning <br />Commission of this City for its opinion and recommendation, the action of said <br />Planninq Commission being that of approval, this matter need not be further <br />submitted to the Planning Commission. Further, after a Public Hearing here- <br />on, notice of which has been given pursuant to Section 14 of Article IV of the <br />Charter of the City, entitled, "The Council - Enactment of Zoning Ordinance <br />and Regulations, Notice", and after its passage pursuant to the Charter of <br />this City, and its approval by the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted, the <br />Zone Map of North Olmsted is hereby amended and as amended be and the same is <br />hereby revised by changing the zoning of the following described parcel of <br />land from Single Residence B District to General Retail Business District: <br />Situated in the City of North Olmsted, County of Cuya- <br />hoga and State of Ohio, and known as being Sub Lot No. <br />132 in The S.H. Kleinman Realty Company's Westwood <br />Subdivision of a part of Original Dover Township Lot <br />No. 6, as shown by the recorded plat in Volume 53 of <br />Maps, Page 22 of Cuyahoga County Records, and being <br />47.17 feet front on the Easterly side of Silverdale <br />Road, and extending back from the center of said Road <br />233.02 feet on the Northerly line, 228.72 feet on the
