<br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0. 90- 72 <br />gy• Councilman McKay <br />AN ORDINANCE CREATING A POSITION OF SECRETARY <br />AT THE SENIOR CENTER AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, this Council has deemed it advisable and <br />appropriate to create a new position of Secretary at the <br />Senior Center, and <br />WHEREAS, this Council believes there is a need for this <br />position to better improve operations at the Senior Center <br />and to better existing services to senior citizens. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That there is hereby created a new position <br />at the Senior Center to be known as Secretary. <br />SECTION 2: Said Secretary shall be responsible to the <br />Senior Center Administrator. <br />SECTION 3: The current minimum qualifications and job <br />duties are attach as exhibit A. This Council does hereby <br />authorize the administrator to make changes to the minimum <br />qualifications and job duties as detailed within exhibit A; <br />as deemed necessary from time to time without authorization <br />from this Council. <br />SECTION 4: That this ordinance is hereby declared to <br />be an emergency measure necessary for the preservation of <br />the public health, safety and welfare, and for the further <br />reason that it is immediately necessary to reorganize the <br />administrative branch of government, and further provided it <br />receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members <br />elected to Council, it shall take effect and be in force <br />immediately upon its passage and approval by the Mayor. <br />PASSED: "Jl/+?F .S l <br />Committee: <br />ATTE • /? ? <br />?Zr- a1 <br />R$X2$X9AXRX$$$James A Burn AMES D.
