<br />DETBR~IINING SALARIES, WAGES AND BONDS OF
<br />APPOINTED OFFICIALS AND BMFLOYEES OF THE CITY
<br />OF NORTH OLMSTBD", ANTS DECLARING AN BMBRGENCY.
<br />BEa IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of
<br />North Olmsted, State of Ohio:
<br />Section 1: That Section 1 of Ordinance No. 61-102, reading
<br />as follows:
<br />''Section 1: That Section 1 of Ordinance 3100 enacted
<br />September 6, 1460, being an ordinance amending Section 1 of
<br />Ordinance 3034, enacted June 7, 1460, being an ordinance
<br />amending Section 1 of Ordinance 2?83 enacted December 18,
<br />1958, amending :Section 4 of Ordinance 2534 enacted August
<br />20, 195?, amending Section 4 of Ordinance 2214 enacted
<br />October 4, 1455, entitled "An Ordinance Determining Salaries,
<br />Wages and Bonds of Appointed Officials and employees of the
<br />City of North Olmsted" as amended by Ordinance 2334, enacted
<br />August 21, i456, be amended to read as follows:
<br />'~ectl.On 4: That beginning May 16, 1961, the
<br />salaries and wages of the employees of the Service
<br />Department are hereby fixed and determined to be as
<br />follows:
<br />Street Commissioner
<br />Foreman of Service Department
<br />Class A Labor (regular full time
<br />employee3
<br />Class B Labor (6 ~aonth probationary
<br />period)
<br />Class C Labor Cadditional help em-
<br />ployed during summer for ditch
<br />work, grasscutting, etc.)
<br />Class D Labor Ccar washers, equip-
<br />ment cleaners, etc.
<br />$6,500.00 annually
<br />2.10 to 2.30 per hour
<br />2.00 to 2.20 per hour

<br />1.25 to 1.50 per hour
<br />Bmployees of the Service Department shah not be re-
<br />quired to work on the following holidays: New Year's Day,
<br />Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving
<br />Day and Christmas Day. However, said employees shall be
<br />paid for an eight hour day at the regular rate for each of
<br />said holidays. "'
