CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION No. 62 _~+ <br />a ~r~,. C.E..~,..,,. <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING FOR DEDICATION <br />CRESTWOOD SUBDIVISION CONSISTING OF ONE <br />STREET, TO-WTT: MARIA LANE, AND DE- <br />CLARIi~iG AN EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, the City Engineer has reported <br />to this Council that Maria Lane of Crestwood Subdivision <br />has been completed in accordance with the plans and specifica- <br />tions filed with the City at the time when the plat for said <br />Subdivision was accepted for ret:ording purposes only. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the <br />Council of the City of North Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section 1: That this Council does hereby accept <br />for dedication Mama Lane of the Crestwood Subdivision. <br />Section 2: That this Resolution is hereby declared <br />to be an emergency measure necessary for the preservation of <br />the public peace, health, safety and welfare of the City of <br />North Olmsted, such emergency existing because of the urgent <br />necessity of fixing the responsibility of the City for the <br />safety, maintenance and protection of the street involved. <br />Section 3: WHEREFORE, this Resolution shall be in <br />full force and effect from and immediately after its passage <br />and approval, otherwise, at the earliest period allowed by <br />law. <br />PASSED : ~g <br />Bruce MacDonald, Press.dent <br />of Council <br />ATTEST: <br />c~u~e.C~ <br />Louise Hall, Clerk of Council <br />A PPR0VE1~ : <br />Paul J. areau, ayor <br /> <br />
