? <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION N0. 68-trIQ <br />By <br />A RESOLUTION DECLARING THE INTENTION OF COUNCIL TO <br />APPROPRIATE CERTAIN EASEMENTS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION <br />OF SEWERS AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, it is necessary in the judgment of this Council that <br />? immediate provision be made fcrthe construction, maintenance and opera- <br />tion of certain sewers along, over and through certain property located <br />in this City more fully hereinafter described; and <br />` WHEREAS, to provide in part the necessary rights of way <br />required for such construction, maintenance and operation it is neces- <br />sary in the opinion of this Council that easements for the construction, <br />operation and maintenance of said sewers be appropriated by the City. <br />,NOW9 THEREFORE,,BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of <br />„ North Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section l: That it is deemed necessary and it is hereby <br />declared to be the intention of this Council to appropriate a right <br />of way and easement over, through and across each of the parcels of <br />land described as follows: <br />Parcel A- Catherine A. Haviland, widow and not remarried - Permanent <br />' Parcel No. 232-31-5 <br />The easement is further described as being over and through <br />a parcel of land ten (10) feet in width and 158.7 feet in <br />length, the centerline of which begins at a point on the <br />south line of said permanent parcel, this point being 930 <br />feet west of the centerline of Root Road; thence in a northerly <br />direction for a distance of 158.7 feet to a point on the <br />north line of said permanent parcel, this point being 922 <br />feet west of the centerline of Root Road as shown on Drawing <br />No. N-19. A temporary easement over two parcels of land each 20 feet <br />in width and 158.7 feet in length located parallel and adjacent <br />to the east and west sides of the abpve described permanent <br />easement is hereby granted for the period of time required to <br />construct the sewer through this property. <br />Paxcel B- Evelyn J. Somerville, widow and not remarried - Permanent <br />Parcel No. 232-31-4 <br />The easement is further described as being over and through <br />a parcel of land ten (10) feet in width and 158.8 feet in <br />length, the centerline of which begins at a point on the <br />? south li,ne of the said permanent parcel, this point being <br />922 feet west of the centerline of Root Road; thence in a <br />northerly direction for a distance of 158.8 feet to a point <br />on the north line of said permanent parcel, this point being <br />914 feet west of the centerline of Root Road as shown on <br />Drawing No. N-20. I <br />A temporary easement over two parcels of land each 20 feet in <br />width and 158.8 feet in length located parallel and adjacent <br />to the east and west sides of the above described permanent <br />easement is hereby granted for the period of time required to; v_ <br />construct the sewer through this property.
