SHARPE AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT FOR THE INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE OF WATER MAINS FOR THE PURPOSE OF SUPPLYING WATER SERVTCE BY THE CITY OF CLEVELAND TO THE GREAT NORTHERN SHOPPING CENTER FROM GREAT NORTHERN PARTNERSHIP. WHEREAS, the City of Cleveland rec{uires that extensions of water lines shall only be approved if easements are granted to both the City of Cleveland and the City of North Olmsted so that water mains may be constructed and maintained therein, and WHEREAS, this Council deems it in the best interest of the City of North Olmsted to accept the easements described herein. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: SECTION 1: That this Council does hereby accept two (2) easements rom Great Northern Partnership for the installation and maintenance of water mains for the purpose of supplying water service by the City of Cleveland to the Great Northern Shopping Center, a copy of said easements being attached hereto, marked Exhibit "A" and "B" and made a part hereo.f as though fully rewritten herein. SECTION 2: That the Director of Finance is hereby authorized to issue is warrant and pay to the Great Northern Partnership One Dollar ($1.00) and other valuable consideration for the granting of easements. SECTION 3: The Engineer of the City of North Olmsted is hereby irecte to cause said easements to be recorded in the office of the County Recorder. SECTION 4: That the Clerk of this Council is hereby authorized to forwar a certified copy of this Ordinance to the Director of Public Utilities of the City of Cleveland.
