ROAD TO <br />FLORENCE AVENUE, BY CONS'TxUCTI~iG TI~~REIIY <br />A WATER MAIN, AND TO CERTIFY THE MA%IP~UM <br />MATURITY OF NOTES . <br />``~ WHEREAS, this Council eontemp ates issuing 11,000.00 of <br />notes for the purpose of improving Waltea Road from Lessner Road <br />to Florence Avenue, by constructing therein a water main, in ac- <br />cordance with the plans and specifications on file in the office of <br />the City Director of Public Service, and <br />WHEREAS, Sections 2293-2 and 2293-10 of the General Code <br />require the fiscal officer of the City to certify to this Council <br />his estimated life of the property, asset or improvement praposed <br />to be acquired or constructed from the proceeds of said notes, and <br />also to certify to this Council the maximum maturity of such notes <br />calculated in accordance with the provisions of Section 2293-9, and <br />WHEREAS, the City Auditor is the fiscal officer of this <br />City as defined by Section 2293-1 of the General Code. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF NORTH OLMSTED: <br />That the Auditor of this City is hereby requested to <br />certify. to this Council his conclusions as to .the estimated life <br />of such improvement and the maximum maturity of such notes. <br />PASSED : Niay 20 , 1952 <br />ATTEST <br />hristman, erk o Dune <br />APPROVED: <br />arence viatt, agor <br />,, _ <br />
