<br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 3 OF ORDINANCE NO.
<br />6.1-103, ENACTED MAY 16, 1961, ENTITLED "AN ORDNANCE
<br />DETERMINING SALARIES, WAGES AND BONDS OF APPOINTED
<br />OFFICIALS AND EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY OF NORTH 4LM !' ,
<br />AS AMENDED BY ORDINANCE NO. 6 2 -12 8 , ENACTED JULY 10 ,
<br />1962, AS AMENDED BY ORDINANCE NO. 64-21, ENACTED
<br />JANUARY 21, 1964, AS AMENDED BY ORDINANCE NO. 64-28,
<br />ENACTED FEBRUARY 4, 1964, AS AMENDED BY ORDINANCE
<br />NO. 64-57, ENACTED MARCH 3, 1964, AND DECLARING AN
<br />EMERGENCY.
<br />WHEREAS, Council by Ordinance No. 64-57 intended to
<br />increase the annual salary of the Building Commissioner, and
<br />WHEREAS, in the preparation of said Ordinance No. 64-57
<br />a typographical error was made omitting the position of Building Inspector
<br />and his annual salary, and
<br />WHEREAS, it was not Council's intention to abolish the job
<br />of Building Inspector and the salary paid to said Building Inspector, and
<br />WHEREAS, it is the intention of Council to correct the
<br />typographical error made in Ordinance No. 64-57 by the omission of the
<br />position as aforesaid.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDA'[NED by the Council of the
<br />City of Notth Olmsted ,Ohio:
<br />Section 1: That Section 3 of Ordinance No. 61-103, enacted
<br />May 16, 1961, as amended by Ordinance No. 62-128, enacted July 10, 1962,
<br />as amended by Ordinance No. 64-21, enacted January 21, 1964, as amended
<br />by Ordinance No. 64-28, enacted February 4, 1964, as amended by Ordinance
<br />No. 64-57, enacted March 3, 1964, reading as follows:

<br />Safety and Service Director
<br />Custodian of Public Buildings
<br />Plumbing Inspector
<br />Heating & Ventilating Inspector

<br />7,300.00 Annually
