CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0. 82 - 168 <br />BY: <br />MR. MCKAY <br />AN ORDINANCF APPROPRIATING THREE MILLION TWO <br />HUNDRED NINETY-TWO THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED FIFTY <br />DOLLARS ($3,292,650.00) FOR CURRENT EXpENSES <br />AND OTHER EXPENDITURES FOR THF CITY OF NORTH <br />OLMSTED, OHIO, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, the City of North Olmsted has received additional <br />revenue through the sale of a Three Million Two Hundred Thousand <br />Dollar ($3,200,000.00) note issue authorized through the passage <br />of Ordinance No. 82-137, and <br />WHEREAS, the purpose of Ordinance No. 82-137 is the con- <br />struction, furnishing, and equipping of a combined Bus Garage, <br />Service Garage, and Municipal Administration Building, and <br />WHEREAS, the passage of Ordinance No. 82-146 created a <br />special fund entitled "Bus Garage, Service Garage, and Municipal <br />_Administration Facility Construction Fund" for the purpose of <br />accounting for all income and expenses of the facility, and <br />WHEREAS, the City has received additional revenue through the <br />sale of a Ninety Thousand Dollar ($90,000.00) note issue authorized <br />through the passage of Ordinance No. 82-125, and <br />WHEREAS, the purpose of Ordinance No. 82-125 is the payment of <br />costs of acquiring and installing telephone equipment and necessary <br />appurtenances, and <br />WHEREAS, additional funds have been received for the administering <br />of Civil Service examinations. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOC,A AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That to provide for current expenses and other ex- <br />penditures of the City of North Olmsted for the year ending December <br />31, 1982, the following sums be and they are hereby set aside and <br />appropriated as follows: <br />GENERAL FUND <br />Civil Service, Other ................... . $ 2,650.00 <br />City Hall Utilities Telephone .......... 90,000.00 <br />$92,650.00 <br />BOND RETIREMFNT-GENFRAL OBLIGATION FUND <br />Interest Expense ...................... $342,860.00 <br />BUS GARAGE, SERVICE GARArE, MUNICIpAL ADMINISTRATION <br />FACILITY CONSTRUCTION FUND <br />Construction .......................... $1,904,760.00 <br />Furnishing and Equipping .............. 952,330.00 <br />$2,857,140.00 <br />SECTION 2: That the Clerk of Council shall immediately forward <br />an attested copy of this Ordinance to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County.
