252:13 11/15/82 GNRTHN <br />. .? <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, OHIO <br />ORDINANCE N0. 82 - 159 <br />By• ? .2nd - <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN AMEND- <br />MENT TO AN AGREEMENT WITH GREAT NORTHERN ASSOCIATES <br />I, LTD., AN OHIO LIMITED PARTNERSHIP, PERTAINING TO <br />THE FINANCING OF THE COSTS OF ACQUISITION, CONSTRUC- <br />TION, IMPROVEMENT AND EQUIPPING OF A COMMERCIAL <br />FACILITY FOR USE AS A RETAIL FOOD SALES OPERATION <br />WITHIN THE BOUNDARIES OF NORTH OLMSTED, OHIO, TO BE <br />OWNED BY GREAT NORTHERN ASSOCIATES I, LTD. AND DE- <br />CLARING AN EMERGENCY <br />WHEREAS, the City of North Olmsted, Ohio (the <br />"Issuer"), by virtue of the laws of the State of Ohio, par- <br />ticularly Chapter 165, Ohio Revised Code, and the authori- <br />ties therein mentioned (the "Act"), acting by and through <br />this Council, passed an Ordinance effective April 6, 1982, <br />pertaining to the issuance of revenue bonds in the aggregate <br />principal amount then estimated not to exceed $1,940,000 <br />"... for the purposes of financing the acquisition, con- <br />struction, improvement and equipping of a commercial facili- <br />ty for use as a retail food sales operation within the <br />boundaries of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio ... which ... <br />will be owned by Great Northern Shopping Center, an Ohio <br />limited partnership, or its nominee ... and leased to First <br />National Supermarkets, Inc."; <br />WHEREAS, this Council did on April 6, 1982, following <br />certification to it by the North Olmsted Community Improve- <br />ment Corporation (the "CIC") that such proposed commercial <br />facility (the "Project") was a"project", as defined in the <br />Act, (a) find and determine that (i) the Project will be a <br />"project" within the meaning of that term as defined in the <br />Act, (ii) the Project is consistent with the purposes of <br />Section 13 of Article VIII, Ohio Constitution, to create or <br />preserve jobs and employment opportunities and to improve <br />the economic welfare of the people of the State of Ohio, <br />(b) agree to authorize and issue revenue bonds of the Is- <br />suer, pursuant to the Act, in order to provide funds to pay <br />costs of the Project, upon the terms provided in the form of <br />the Agreement to Issue Bonds (the "Agreement") by and <br />1
