r <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION N0. 82-151 <br />BY . <br />A RE OLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO <br />ENTER INTO A CONTRACT WITH THE CUYAHOGA <br />COUNTY GENERAL HEALTH DISTRICT FOR THE <br />YEAR 1983, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, the City of North Olmsted, under O.R.C. 3709.08 is <br />a member of the General Health District of Cuyahoga County, and <br />WHEREAS, the City of North Olmsted must enter into a contract <br />for the year 1983 for health services to be performed by the <br />Cuyahoga County General Health District. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION l: That the Mayor be and he is hereby authorized to <br />enter into a contract, a copy of which is attached hereto and marked <br />Exhibit "A", with the Cuyahoga County General Health District to <br />provide health services to the City of North Olmsted from January <br />1, 1983 through December 31, 1983. <br />SECTION 2: That a copy of this Resolution shall be forwarded <br />to the Director of Finance for authority to pay semi-annual payments <br />under the provisions of this contract. <br />SECTION 3: That this Resolution is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure immediately necessary for the preservation of the <br />public health, safety and welfare, and for the further reason that <br />it is immediately necessary for the continuity of health services <br />to the residents of this City, and further provided it receives the <br />affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members elected to Council, <br />it shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage and <br />approval by the Mayor. <br />PASSED : ???? ? /?I?•2. <br />ATTEST: <br />? ? . 13 <br />lorence E.
