w <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0. 82-103 <br />BY: Mavor Swietvniowski <br />AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE AMENDMENT OF THE ZONE <br />MAP OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, WHICH ZONE MAP IS <br />PART OF THE ZONING CODE OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, <br />BY CHANGING THE PREMISES HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED FROM <br />SINGLE RESIDENCE A DISTRICT TO LIMITED INDUSTRY DISTRICT. <br />WHEREAS, it appears that the Zoning Code that applies to the <br />below described real property is improper under the conditions <br />presently existing and inadequate for the development and use of <br />this land, and <br />WHEREAS, after a careful consideration, the Planning Commission <br />of the City, on the = 5/Aday of 1982, recommended approval <br />of the change of the cistrict heteiVn specified. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION l: That after submission of this Ordinance to the <br />Planning Commission of this City for its opinion and recommendation, and <br />after a Public Hearing hereon, notice of which has been given pursuant <br />to Section 14 of Article IV of the Charter of the City, entitled "The <br />Council - Enactment of Zoning Ordinances and Regulations, Notice", <br />and after its passage pursuant to the Charter of this City and its <br />approval by the Mayor of this City of North Olmsted, the Zone Map of <br />North Olmsted is hereby amended and as amended be and the same is here- <br />by revised by changing the zoning of the following described parcel of <br />land from Single Residence A ta Limited Industry District: <br />Situated in the City of North Olmsted, County of Cuyahoga, <br />and State of Ohio and being part of original Olmsted <br />Township Lots #1 and #8, Tract 6 and further being all <br />of Sublots 47 through 62, Sublots 95 through 103, Sublots <br />134 through 140, and parts of Sublots 63, 64, 94, 104, <br />105 and 133 in Zehman-Wolf and Sherman Construction <br />Company's North Olmsted Subdivision #2 as shown on plat <br />recorded in Volume 171, Pages 16 and 17 of Cuyahoga <br />County Map Records and being bounded and described as <br />follows: <br />Beginning at the intersection of the Southerly line of <br />Sherman Avenue (60 feet wide) and the Westerly line of <br />said Sublot No. 185; <br />Thence, South 630 56' 40" <br />Southerly line of Sherman <br />corner of said Sublot 140; <br />East 427.38 feet along the <br />Avenue to the Northwesterly <br />Thence, South 20 8' S5" West 675.58 feet along the <br />Westerly line of said Sublots 133 through 140 to a point <br />in the Northerly line of I-480; <br />Thence, North 830 13' 13" East 321.61 feet along the <br />Northerly line of I-480 to an angle point; <br />Thence, North 770 32' 48" East 334.62 feet along the <br />Northerly line of I-480 to an angle point;
