MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE COUNCIL: <br />OF THE CITY OF NORTH OL,MSTED <br />.JUNE 18, 2019 <br />Present: Council President Jones, Council Members Brossard, Glassburn, Hemann, <br />Kearney, Limpert. Schumann & Williamson <br />Also Present: Director of Finance Copfer, Director of Human Resources Gallo, Director <br />of Safety & Service Glauner, Director of Planning & Development Lieber <br />and Clerk of Council N-lassarolo <br />Absent: Mayor Kennedy and Director of Law Gareau <br />Council President Jones called the meeting to order at 8:00 p.m. in Council Chambers, <br />5200 Dover Center Road. North Olmsted. Ohio. <br />Members of the audience were invited to join Council in the recitation of the Pledge of <br />Allegiance. <br />The Council meeting minutes of June 4, 2019 and the Special Council Meeting minutes <br />of .lune 11, 2019 were approved as written. <br />The following legislation will be considered for passage under suspension of the rules <br />this evening: Second Reading: Ordinance 2019-64 and Resolution 2019-65 First Reading: <br />Ordinance 2019-67 and Resolution 2019-68. <br />REPORTS <br />Mayor Kennedy: <br />• No Report. <br />Director of Law Gareau: <br />• No Report. <br />Director of Finance Copfer: <br />• Council should have received an e-mail with the quarterly financials for the first <br />three months. There was a reconciliation issue with a carryover purchase order <br />and there was a staffing problem. Director Copfer apologized for the tardiness of <br />it. The written narrative for the first quarter is in the final stages and the CAFR is <br />due on June 30. <br />Councilman Kearney Chairman of' the Recreation, Public Parks and Buildings <br />Committee: <br />The Recreation, Public Parks and Buildings Committee met on Tuesday, June 11, 2019 at <br />7:00 p.m. Present were committee members Kearney and 1-lemamn; Council members <br />Glassburn, Limpert, Schumann and Williamson; Council President Jones; Mayor <br />Kennedy, Director of Finance Copfer, Director of` Fluman Resources Gallo, Director of <br />
