MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE COUNCIL <br />OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />NOVEMBER 19, 2024 <br />Council President Brossard: <br />The Council meeting of November 19, 2024 will now please come to order at 7:34 p.m. The <br />audience is invited to join the Council in reciting the Pledge of Allegiance. <br />All: <br />I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America, and to the republic for which it <br />stands, one nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all. <br />Roll Call <br />Council President Brossard: <br />Will the Clerk please call the roll? <br />Council Clerk: <br />Mr. Brossard: Present <br />Ms. Gilchrist: Here <br />Mr. Glassburn: [absent] <br />Ms. Hemann: [absent] <br />Mr. Limpert: Present <br />Mr. Madden: Here <br />Mr. Scarl: Present <br />Mr. Shymske: Here <br />ANNOUNCEMENTS <br />Council President Brossard: <br />Thank you. If there are no additions or corrections, the Council meeting minutes of October 15, <br />2024 and November 6, 2024 are approved as written. <br />The following legislation is being considered for suspension of the rules this evening; on second <br />reading, we have Resolution 2024-104, Ordinance 2024-110, Resolution 2024-111, and <br />Ordinance 2024-113. Also on first reading will be Resolutions 2024-117 and 118. <br />Additionally, I'd like to state for those present that Council is actively seeking an appointment <br />to replace Councilman Glassburn in Ward II to serve out the remainder of that term. Should <br />you or anyone you know be interested in serving your community in this capacity, please see <br />the ad on our Council webpage or in this Wednesday's edition of the Westlife News. <br />
