MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE COUNCIL <br />OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />MAY 20, 2025 <br />Council President Pro Tempore Scarl: <br />The Council meeting of May 20, 2025, will now please come to order at 7:30 p.m. and the <br />audience is invited to join the Council in reciting the Pledge of Allegiance. <br />All: <br />I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America, and to the republic for which it <br />stands, one nation, under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all. <br />Council President Pro Tempore Scarl: <br />Will the Clerk please call the roll? <br />Council Clerk: <br />Mr. Brossard: [absent] <br />Ms. Gilchrist: Here <br />Ms. Hemann: Here <br />Mr. Limpert: Present <br />Mr. Madden: [absent] <br />Mr. Marrie: Here <br />Mr. Scarl: Present <br />Mr. Shymske: Here <br />ANNOUNCEMENTS <br />Council President Pro Tempore Scark <br />If there are no additions or corrections. The Council Meeting Minutes of May 7, 2025, are <br />approved as written. <br />There are three items to be considered for suspension of the rules this evening. On second <br />reading, Ordinance 2025-46. On first reading, Resolutions 2025-50 and 2025-52. <br />Now moving into reports, Mayor Dailey Jones, do you have a report this evening? <br />REPORTS <br />Mayor Jones: <br />I do, Mr. President. Thank you. First, I would like to welcome the representatives from North <br />Olmsted Scout Troop 664 to our meeting tonight. Then also, I would like to point out a young <br />man in the audience who is a recent Ohio State graduate of just about two weeks ago... I think <br />they held their graduation, Brock Albert. Brock graduated from Ohio State in two years. He has <br />his Bachelor's, and he is a resident of North Olmsted, and I'm so proud to see him here as well. <br />
