Before we move into business, I just wanted to thank everyone who participated in <br />the democratic process yesterday during yesterday's elections. I know from experience it takes <br />a lot to put yourself out there, so whether you prevailed or not, I have a super high amount of <br />respect for everybody who participated and put themselves out there. So congratulations on <br />that. <br />Approval of minutes. If there are no additions or corrections, the Council Meeting Minutes of <br />October 21, 2025, are approved as written. <br />There is one item on the agenda being requested for suspension this evening. On first reading, <br />that is Resolution 2025-103. <br />Moving into reports, Mayor Dailey Jones, do you have a report this evening? <br />REPORTS <br />Mayor Jones: <br />I do, Mr. President.
